When it came to dealing with them in person Bob, Nancy, and the team exceeded all our expectations.  Their integrity coupled with their extensive product knowledge, all in a "no-pressure" sales approach is what made our decision an easy one.  The additional benefits of fair pricing, good product selection and excellent trade-in value for our 2001 VIP only reinforced our decision.  The staff took the time necessary to make sure they understood what we were looking for in our next boat, and educated us to how the boat we were considering fit those needs; they never negatively sold against the competition, and upon delivery made absolutely sure that all our questions were answered.  Based upon our experience I can certainly see why Southwest Marine has been in business for over 50 years, they know how to treat people, they make you want to become their customer.
